Waldzell is a place for an inspired collaboration of people who care for the conscious progress of humanity. Waldzell are people from all fields of life coming together to share knowledge and experience, to look for a greater perspective, for a deeper sense and purpose in life.
Waldzell is known for worldwide interdisciplinary dialogue.
Between 2004 and 2008 the Waldzell Meetings were held yearly in the Abbey of Melk in Lower Austria giving international speakers from the fields of science, economy, art and spirituality a platform of dialogue with political and economic leaders.
The Waldzell meetings have welcomed renowned speakers like His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Paolo Coelho, Isabel Allende, Frank Gehry, Christo and Jeanne-Claude as well as several Nobel Prize winners to share their knowledge and their visions.
The Waldzell meetings were dedicated to creating an interdisciplinary dialogue in which speakers are asked to contribute spontaneously and without specific preparation, to speak inspired by the moment and by the presence of the community.
